Forwarding to Voicemail Helpful Hints

From the console press: 1. If a room has a DO NOT DISTURB

1.                FUNCTION turned on, calls will go straight to

2.                ATT FUNCTION voicemail.

3.                STATIONS 2. If a room recalls back to the console,

4.                Dial extension number somehow the call-forwarding has

5.                CALL FWD been lost and needs to be set up

6.                Dial ________ again.

7.                BUSY/NO ANS 3. Guest dial ____ to pick up messages

 

 

Transferring a guest into a mailbox

From the console press: From front desk extension:

1. As you are talking to 1. As you are talking to

the guest, dial ______ the guest, flash hook and

2. Press the TONES key dial ______

3. Enter guest mailbox 2. Enter guest mailbox
